Hi,
My versa lite has been showing a red cross for a week now. I have tried everything- reset, factory reset, update, deleted the app and reinstalled, left it on charge all evening while it was updating and still nothing. It is only a few months old and I really don't want to replace it. Please could you advise me on what else I can try. I see there is a problem with iOS 13... maybe it's that? I don't know...
