Versa lite stuck on big Red Cross data not cleared sync and try again

Hi @vck24r - have you tried in the phone's Bluetooth to forget or unpair the device,

  • logout of the Fitbit App
  • restart phone and watch
  • In the phone Fitbit App
  • Click on profile photo [top left]
  • Click + Set up a device

Mine too!! I tried restarting watch and phone, force stop on app and combo restart... All the trouble shooting advice on fitbit.. Still dead..

If the steps are not working, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may be able to help with your special case.

I can’t get the watch off from displaying a big Red Cross and saying data not syncing.

I've been having the same issue.

The only thing that's helped so far, and I'm not yet sure if it will work since it's still loading is deleting the device off my Fitbit app and re-adding it as if its a new device.

Yes, I tried all the trouble shooting tips. 1. restart watch; 2. Force stop of app and restart watch; 3. # 2 and restart watch and phone; 4. delete device from app,  re-install and restart watch; 5. delete device AND app and re-install and restart watch. ☹️

Watch shopping now. Pretty sure Fitbit no longer supports the Versa Lite and their warranty is only 1 year.
