My versa light has suddenly gone blank, when the button is pushed it has a red cross and says data not cleared, sync and try again.
It won't charge and won't sync - keeps saying sync failed. I hadn't done anything, it's been in my pocket at work. Put it on at end of shift and it did this. I have only had it since July. I havn't a clue what to do to fix it.

Hi @Shines75, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it shows a "Data not cleared" message. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
