I baught a versa lite yesterday. When i sync it it works fine 10 minutes it says notification service not running a phone restart is required to re enable notifications on your tracker. I have restarted my phone does not work unistalled the app does not work switched my fitbit off doesnt work factory resetted my device doea not work like really. Mist i take it back and rather by garmin or polar. I wonder. Nobody can help me we are working on the problem.... Versa and samsung doesnt have the problem. Customer service chat person just want to get eid of you. Like really is this how you treat clients?

Regarding the syncing and notifications issues that your Fitbit Versa Lite is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
I totally understand how you feel. Our team is active working on a fix and expect to have it resolved soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it on the Community.
