my versa lite has the X, and when I hooked it up to another phone, it needed an update, and it won't update past a certain point and will do the x and then it will go on the updating symbol. Fitbit needs to fix the versa lite because I had this for a little over 6 months.😠😠👎

Since your post didn't mention, may I know if the Fitbit app is updated on your phone? If that's correct, make sure to turn off any Bluetooth connection that is nearby and give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.

I put it on my new phone and it would not even connect, then I put it on my second newest iphone 7 and it would sort of load
