Can you change (increase) size of read out -ie BPM ?

What device are you using? This will be under its firmware settings.

IOS: Settings - Display & Brightness - Text Size - choose your setting.

I am not an Android user so you will have to Google the answer!

It’s a Versa Lite.
Thanks for the info - I’m useless at things like this.
How do I get into Firmware Settings ?

If I go into Settings it only allows to change brightness.

Device as in Phone: Android or IOS = Apple phone.

Laptop/PC. Is it a Mac or Windows 10? 

It is by far easier to view all stats via the FitBit app on a Mac or a Windows 10 laptop or PC.

@dwmw I'm assuming that your asking about the heart rate display on your versa lite, but is this on the clock settings or in the stats? If on the clock you may have to check the settings.
