Has anyone experience skin discoloration. I purchased Versa in March 2020, synced it with my IPhone 11 and it turned my skin a different color so I cleaned it and put it back on. Then I wore my it for about 4 days straight when I took it off my skin was discolored ( like it was burned, no pain, scale/ dry skin feeling) I called the 800 # the representative took the information said someone would call me back. No one ever called instead I received an email telling how to care for the watch. I expected a little more feed back than that.

Hi @Tyria123 which band did you get? Could be the particular band might be the problem. I know from wearing my Fitbit with the original silicon type band, I've had no problems with skin discoloration. Support is stretched thin right now and I'm sure the email was their way to have you read the information about the care of the bands. I've notified a moderator to stop by to see if they can assist you. Please tell them more about your band type, too.

Same thing has happened to me. Red patch that looks like a burn. Started wearing the watch on the other hand and it cleared up. Changed back to other hand and it came back.

take it off every once n awhile. When you shower, do dishes that kinda thing. I know they’re water proof but they also suggest taking them off for short periods of time. I started taking mine off while showering the patches went away

It could be an allergic reaction or a fungal disease. The best solution is to visit your doctor.
