Versa Lite starts vibrating and won't stop

I got my Versa Lite for Christmas and had no problems until about 2 weeks ago. About halfway through the day, my Versa Lite started to vibrate for no reason and I couldn't get it to stop and it kept going until the battery died. After charging over night, it seemed fine for about 15 minutes and then started vibrating and wouldn't stop until the battery died again. I waited a few days before charging it again but as soon as I put it on my wrist it started vibrating again and wouldn't stop.

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Hi @GannonIndiana  There are a couple of things to try. Restart it several times and see how that goes and also try a Factory Reset. If it keeps vibrating like it is currently doing you will need to contact Customer Support.

Restart your tracker

Fitbit Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
