Versa Lite steps and heart rate tracking issues

Hi, my daughter's Versa Lite has stopped counting steps and the heart rate displayed is not changing. This has been happening for about a week. The device is about 8 months old.

 

Has this happened to anyone else and do you have any suggestions?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your daughter's Versa Lite since it stopped tracking her steps and the heart rate readings won't change.

 

Please restart the Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, have your daughter to monitor her watch and see if the issues get fixed.
