I updated my phone to IOS 13 and my Versa Lite slowly started getting notifications - I got calls and reminders (2 of the 3 notifications I had set up). I tried I all of the trouble-shooting ideas on Fitbit’s article, but now I am only getting call notifications on my Versa, not reminders. Text messages are still set to get notifications but I have yet to receive ANY after updating my phone to IOS 13. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hi @bkillmer , the problem is the result of Apple changing the rules regarding handling notifications without informing Fitbit about it. So now Fitbit is very busy finding a solution for a problem Apple created. Since also some Android users suffer mainly from the text notifications problem, this might be the result of the recent Firmware update, all in all two problems interfering with each other and no one can tell when it's being solved. Keep a close eye on the warning on top of the page of the Versa Community site and/or the Customer Support site. Regards kuzibri

As I stated in my post, I have already tried all of their troubleshooting steps. I was wondering if anyone has any tricks that Fitbit did not post about that work for fix this issue.
