Hi there my versa lite stopped showing the correct time and it wouldn't sync to my phone. I have a Pixel 3aXL, the app is fully updated and so was the watch. It refused to connect so I forgot it on bluetooth but then couldn't find it again. I factory reset the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it refuses to find the watch. I've had it for about 9 months and it's been not the best all around but now it's useless.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I still cannot connect. I have tried everything listed and my phone will not find it. Please let me know what the next step is. I've only had it for 7 months. This is ridiculous.
