I completed recent software update, previously tracker was working fine, but outdated. HR had ???, steps "declined". I'm on the most recent app on my android. I restarted as per previous users threads guidance, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. It still reveals past week data, didnt clear. I factory reset the tracker on the device. Now the only message I get is to "Download the app". I uninstalled the app again and reinstalled. Sync's are logging from prior to the reset as well as past weeks data. I cant even progress beyond the tracker download screen and have restarted several times to attempt to do so.
SOOO Frustrated. I have 3 FB trackers, none of them work as expected!
