I am new to Fitbit, I got the Versa Lite for Christmas and the sleep score was working fine.  Last week it stopped displaying and I have not been able to resolve this issue.  I have updated to the app to the latest version and still not working. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @thielbk718. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear your sleep score is no longer displaying. Thank you for the details shared. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if you see your sleep stages, because you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about sleep stages?

If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score, note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear. For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Please keep me posted, I'll be around.

After trying multiple things I finally have the sleep score displaying once again.  I did have the sleep stages but lost the sleep score for 2-3 weeks.  I disabled the target sleep schedule, shut off the sleep insight and the bedtime reminder.  I also disconnected my device from my phone and resynched.  I am not sure which piece actually resolved the issue, but it seems to be working.

I have the Fitbit Versa lite. Each morning in order to get my sleep score I have to reboot my watch, re add it to my devise, delete my sleep schedule, insite and reminder. Then I have to turn all that back on. Then I have to delete my sleep log and add it back in. I shouldn’t have to do this each morning. Are they going to do an update to fix all of this?
