Just purchased a new Versa lite, I love it, all worked very well! Then within the week I received a software update notice; I updated. Now I am not notified when I get new text messages or emails. If I manually check my Versa I can see them, but no prior notification. I have gone through settings on the Versa and also the app. I have switched Bluetooth off then on again. Not sure what else to do but uninstall and reinstall. Please help, this was one of my big reasons from switching from a Charge to the Versa Lite.

Hi there @KMcMurray, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite has stopped notifying you about your notifications after the update, I understand how important is to you to be alerted when a notifications comes through. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the steps you've tried so far to get this issue solved. I'll be glad to help you so you can keep enjoying your new watch as you've been doing so far.
Have you checked if your Versa Lite vibrates with silent alarms? Your Versa Lite vibrates to alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven’t met your hourly activity goal. Have you see if the vibration is also missing for this features?
If your watch didn't alert you, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.
To temporarily turn off notifications on your Fitbit device:
Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:
I'm looking forward to your response, let me know if you need further assistance.

I receive notifications for other things such as alarms and calls, but nothing from text messages and emails like I did before the update. And with the update when I "pull down" on the home screen my notifications options is not there. I pull down and can see there that I do have emails or text messages.
So, still looking for an answer to fix my partial notification problem. Thank you for your help.
