Is anyone experiencing problems with the watch it was going fine last week then did an update on my iPhone and now it’s buggard.
any suggestions I have reset but my watch won’t recognise the phone very frustrating

Hi there @Spkey, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not connecting to your iPhone after updating it, I understand why you're feeling frustrated. I'll be glad to help you.
It seems that your Versa Lite got mistakenly unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings and that's why it's not syncing neither connecting. To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue to have syncing difficulties after pairing your watch again, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
