Updated my Versa yesterday. Not getting text or phone notifications today. The update was Fitbit software. Any ideas? Bluetooth is connected. Thanks!

Hi there @Lynnwolfe, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that notifications stopped coming through your Versa Lite after the update. Thanks for making sure that Bluetooth is connected, I'll be glad to help you.

While reading your post I was wondering (in case you're on iOS device) if the text messages your watch is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

If you're on Android, you can see this article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
