Versa Lite stopped receiving notifications since updating to EMU10

Since updating to EMU10 I am not receiving notifications on my fitbit Versa light. I have to keep uninstalling fitbit app and installing again. Has anybody else had this issue?

Hi @lynneglen and welcome to the forum. It looks like the Huawei phones are not compatible with Fitbit. That’s what probably causing your issue. You can read more about it here.

I have the same problem with my versa 2, since I updated my phone it stopped receiving messages.

Hi I'm having the same problem with my Huawei P30 lite and my versa lite. 

It seems updates cause problems
