Beyond frustrated with my versa lite. Had it for 2 weeks and it stopped alerting me to texts. Alarms vibrate, reminders to move vibrate, calls vibrate. Texts do not. And I've done everything from uninstalling, to restarting my phone (Samsung 7 edge). It had received texts before but quit within the last week. All notifications are on. Someone help?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I'm having this problem too. I've had my versa lite for about a month (maybe?) And it stopped vibrating when I get a text or messenger message. The messages are there but it does not notify me. Calls still vibrate. I have done every troubleshooting suggestion on that link you posted, twice.. my notifications and app permissions are all set! It's so frustrating! I need this function to work.

I’ve been having this problems too and I have finally found out why after about a year. Fitbit made it so that you have to have text message previews turned on on your phone in order for the messages to appear on the Fitbit. It didn’t used to be like that and it’s very frustrating because I don’t want other people to be able to look at my phone screen and read my messages just so that I can see my texts on my Fitbit.
