Versa Lite stopped registering my EOV

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the versa lite and for months it's worked fine logging my oxygen veration levels.  Never missed a night.  Untill a week ago it just stopped logging my oxygen veration levels.  I have re started my device also made sure it's a snug fit on my wrist. Nothing has changed so I have no understanding why this has just stopped logging?

Hi there @Jaybird1973, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped registering your Estimated Oxygen Variation, I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling about your data missing. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the steps you've tried in order to solve the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

If you haven't done so yet, please force close the Fitbit app. If issue persists, please perform a factory reset (Settings app > About Factory Reset).

Give this a go and let me know how it goes. 😉
