Hi there, @Aamina99. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite.

While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa Lite has power in this very moment? If it doesn't and it also seems not to be charging, please try the following:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your watch using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

Once you manage to turn on your Versa Lite, please try the following to address the syncing issue:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If the battery keeps draining, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hope that helps.

Hello @Aamina99

First try turning your Bluetooth off, turn your phone off for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on and turn Bluetooth back on. Try manually syncing your Fitbit tracker by swiping down on the Today Page of the Fitbit App. If this doesn’t fix the issue try restarting your Versa 2 by holding down the button on the Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. (You will not lose any of your data doing a restart)

If the problem persist try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. Preferably with the original clock face that came with your Versa 2 or one made by Fitbit to see if that fixes the problem.
😃 Hopefully this helps…please come back and tell me how it went

My versa lite wasn't syncing but when I complained it was fixed. But after around 2 - 3 days, it stopped syncing again. When it did work, it only updated to everything at thar moment in time and hasn't synced for 4 - 5 days now. Even when I try to sync it, it doesn't work. I'm getting really annoyed at this because now I can't tell whose texting and calling me anymore - so I miss urgent calls and texts. Its been bothering me for days on end
