My versa lite worked fine until I needed to turn off Bluetooth on my phone. Several days after I noticed that it stopped syncing. After going through all possible troubleshooting strategies, I disconnected it from the app. Now when I try to connect it back, I go through the 4-digits code step, but it won't finish connecting. It times out and nothing happens. Moreover, my Bluetooth finds but not able to pair. Please help! I've just bought it a month ago and need it to be eligible for insurance benefits.

Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat.
