My fitbit randomly stopped showing my heart rate, my calories, and the light on the back is no longer flashing. I have reset it, turned it on and off, redownloaded the app, and did the factory reset numerous times and it still is not working. I ordered my fitbit less than a year ago and don't understand why it has just stopped working. What do I do?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
