My versa lite will not work. I have turn off/on and restarted it several times, but no luck.. Does anyone else have a solution to this problem?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi
My Versa 2 has stopped tracking my heart rate since Saturday (today is Tuesday).
I've cleaned it, turned it on and off and even done a factory reset and nothing has worked.
Has anyone any advice please?

OK JuanJo, there seems to be a problem here. My heart rate readings stopped working around Nov 7. Today is Nov 13. There was a firmware update recently and I performed it, hoping the problem would clear up - no dice. I have read everything in the forums and have cleaned the watch, restarted it multiple times, still it won't track my heart rate. What the heck is going on.
