My versa lite recently stopped tracking my heart rate and sleeping. The green light isn't flashing on the back and my heart rate is stuck at 123, even when I'm not wearing it. It also hasn't tracked my sleep in 3-4 days. I tried turning off the heart rate monitor then turning it back on and manually syncing. This didn't resolve the issue. Please help
