Versa Lite stopped tracking my heart rate

My Versa Lite just stopped tracking my heart rate? I've tried to restart and adjust my watch and checked for updates but nothing?

Having same issue for months now as well as sleep tracker. I have called customer support so many times, just yesterday I did a reset and technician said I should be all set but still nothing. 
I will give it one more try then I am done with Fitbit.

I just got done with support and they did nothing more than I had already
done! She literally had me do the things I told her I had already done and
it still did not work! And now they say someone from the warranty
department will contact me? What is that going to do, I've had my watch
since 12-13-2019 are they going to fix it? I want them to ask b4 just doing
updates, I'm so tired of my electronics not working after companies doing
updates!

After only having my versa lite for 1 1/2 years fitbit tells me there is nothing they can do and I must buy a new device. After paying $200 for a device I expect more than 1 1/2 years for my product? This is ridiculous. They did offer me a discount on a new product but anything they offer is still $175 or more. I have 3 kids and can Not spend money on myself for frivolous items to just go bad for no reason? Why can't we have products that actually last rather than just garbage?  I take Very good care of my things and this is just ridiculous.
