Versa Lite stopped tracking my heart rate

The feature that tracks my heart rate over the day stopped working on 5/17. My heart rate is still showing for exercise, and everything else is working. Watch is fully charged, I deleted the app, and reloaded it, and have turned the watch off and on. My favorite feature is the ability to track my heart rate over time. Any suggestions?
