Versa Lite stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate data

My Versa Lite shows no Sleep-datas and no Heart-Frequency. Non from The LED in the backside of the watch send lightning. The LED have no function it seems or have Google the LED Switching Off?

Hi @Rudy-maus5 - you can disable/enable Heart rate detection in the watch settings so check that and restart the watch.

If it is still not detecting heart rate the watch may have a fault, especially if it got wet.

While a factory reset is possible, it may fail and if you live in the EEA you might not be able to reinstall all you had before and it won't fix a hardware fault. So only use as a last resort.

Thanks for your answer. I think it must be a fault while I goes often with
the watch in the pool. It should be allowed. A factory reset makes no sence
when I lost all the datas.

@Rudy-maus5 - thanks, you could always trying drying it (in some rice for a week or when not using it) it may or may not improve the situation. But don't get it wet again.
