I haven't had my Versa Lite for long, but it stopped tracking steps, sleep, and heart rate. I was still getting text and calendar notifications. I attempted a reboot. NOTHING.
I tried all recommended steps through the app and the last recommendation was a factory rest. It's been 2 days..TWO DAYS and the update has barely made progress. I tried Bluetooth only, over WiFi, and it is now connected to my computer. NOTHING! Through some Googling, I learned factory reset was not recommended! What is going on? Now what do I do?
