Versa Lite stopped working after factory reset

My versa lite that i had for Xmas stopped working

 

The touch screen kept failing even after restarting it and changing to a fitbit clock face

 

I completed a factory reset as advised on these forums and now it wont download or link up and is basically dead

I have responded to their emails as the factory reset has been done and the
reinstall however my fitbit still does not work

The touch screen stops working and its resarting itself every few minutes
