I have a versa Fitbit lite and I went swimming for less then 10 minutes yesterday which I’ve been able to do with my other two Fitbit versa lites I’ve had. I took it off and dried it but there is apparent water damage and I cannot get it to charge. I really love my fitbits as this is my third one I’ve boughten but I need a way to get this one fixed. Does anyone have any tips on getting this fixed?

Hi there, @Moriahrae5. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is still not working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Versa Lite by following these steps.
If the restart doesn't work and your Versa Lite didn't vibrate during the process, I suggest trying the following:
