Versa Lite stopped working after showering with it

My versa stopped working completely. On friday night I took a shower with it on (first time in a long time) I didn't realize anything was wrong till I went to go check my heart rate. I went to turn it on and there was nothing. Now the sensor isn't working, I tried putting it on the charger and its not working. And everytime I hold down the power button the screen will light up like its trying to turn on but it still isn't. Is there anyway to fix this??

Hi there, @Csalgado95. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Does your Versa Lite vibrates when you connect it to the charger? If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

No it doesn't light up green anymore and its has no reaction to anything. It looks as if water got into it but I don't know how cause there isn't any holes or cracks on it.

My green light on my Versa 2 hasn't been working this past week. I've reset it, wiped it completely clean and started over, and the led green light still won't come on and my BPM is either stuck at 114 or doesn't even show it. I noticed this the other day after the update.... I'm very frustrated
