My Versa Lite stopped working after being in the lake. This is the 1st time I have worn it in the lake as I forgot to remove it. I never shower in it and other then sweating working out, it never gets wet. I attempted to charge it and the fitbit icon appeared but then back to a black screens and now the green sensor on the back is not flashing either. Very disappointed as I have never worn my watch in water, fearing this would happen

Hi,
I am having the exact same problem. I got my Fitbit 6 months ago and wore it swimming once last week and it has stopped working. I usually always take it off and forgot one time now it is unresponsive. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue? Many thanks

Hi,
..same problem. I received my Fitbit as a gift in January...have never worn it in the shower or to swim. Have recently gone back to lap swimming and wore it today and it has stopped working. I usually always take it off but knew it was advertised as swimproof for laps and tracking swim workouts. I was only on the surface of the pool. Can you please advise as to next steps? Thanks, Susan
