Versa Lite stopped working after swimming

My versa just stopped working - jumped into the pool and since then nothing - there was no indication of any water - not cracked at all

this is my second Fitbit very frustrated and peeved - absolutely no support.

did the self help in trying to restart - nothing

tried holding in button to force restart - no go

plugged into laptop to try restart - no change

Hi @Debskroaks -  waterproofing is poor after a time.

Check the back windows with a magnifying glass for condensation. If found allow the watch to dry in a warm place for a week on it's single button side. Don't try to charge it until dry, stop if it gets hot. It may come back but it could have any sorts of problems if it does. obviously it can't get wet again.
