So, after updating my Lite a while ago and just recently after doing all the troubleshooting advice, my watch wont work properly. The display wont turn on when rotating my wrist. The heart rate monitor isn't working. The other night the O2 part kept the red sensor on and killed my watch batter and now the it wont hold a charge longer than a couple hours. There is no water damage or anything like that, but now it's just a digital watch that does nothing else. I wish I hadn't done the update. Also, my wife's Versa 2 is also having some similar issues with battery life and motion on display. If this is the trend, then we may go with another brand.

As a first approach, make sure you both don't have Screen Waken turned off on your Fitbit devices. To do so, swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon and look for the Screen Wake. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
