I’m also having this problem but I don’t know how to report it. I still have a warranty on it (bought just a few months ago). I went in the pool with it and the left button of my versa wouldn’t work at all . The screen was still working but not the button, so I put it in a bag of rice and it’s been a few days and it’s only gotten worse, because now the screen is black. It seems to still be tracking my steps and heart rate but I can’t use the screen at all 😞

I wore mine in the pool for only 15 minutes. Screen went black. We put it in rice and no improvement. Water was still dripping out 1 day later.
