Versa Lite stopped working and it's out of warranty

Ugh so frustrating. My versa lite won’t sync won’t show notifications or anything. They offered me 35% off since it’s out of warranty. Do they even sell versa lite anymore? Or what would anyone suggest I get instead?

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit. Don't give up on your watch for a simple problem.

Try removing the Bluetooth entry on your phone, and logout of the Fitbit App.

Shutdown the watch and restart the phone.

With no other Bluetooth phones or watch on other than the lite and your phone

Login to the App, start a refresh with a pull down and then go to the home screen on the phone without closing the App.

You should receive a sync pop up. Click on it and wait for the watch to be registered.
