Versa Lite stopped working and shows "Data not cleared sync and try again"

Versa lite has stopped working. It is fully charged. The screen had gone blank. I have tried to reset it but it hasn’t worked and the screen is just coming up now as data not cleared sync and try again?

@Lelia123 Thank you for sharing the details of the issue with your device. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you. Thank you for your time and efforts.

 

@LucyJCarter I recommend doing the following:

 

- In the Fitbit app tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture. 

- Tap Set Up a Device. 

- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

My FB Lite synced and is fully charged, but the screen is frozen.  Followed your instructions above...no change in status.
