Hi, I have a Versa Lite which stopped counting steps and measuring bpm so I did a factory reset.
After this reset I have started pairing it to the app but it asked me to do an update. This update took 6 hours to complete, keeping my phone "hostage" all this time (luckily done it on my day off so had nothing urgent to do) and after it was completed the watch is stuck on the "Download the Fitbit app" screen.
I have tried all the ideas, recommendation I could find online: had it connected to my laptop, removed it from my account and had it set up again, pushed the button on the side to have it restarted and even left it to run out of battery, deleted the app, disconnected Bluetooth and tried everything all over again but it's doing the same thing.
I can have it connected to my account, everything looks as if the watch is working, no errors coming up or asking to update, except no information is being pulled when the syncing is completed & the watch is still stuck on the same screen.
Any other ideas I could try?
Already been struggling for 3 weeks to get it back up and running without luck. I need my watch as I'm struggling to loose weight I gained during pregnancy and this is only causing me to loose faith in the program I'm taking part 😞

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. I have already tried this before and redone it again now and it didn’t fix my watch 😭
Anything else you could suggest?
