I just got a FitBit Versa Lite. I've tried setting it up and it shows up in my app and on the app on my computer. But, the FitBit itself is stuck on the logo screen, however, the logo is white, instead of teal/blue. I follow the steps of holding down the button until the logo appears and then it starts with the whole "download the FitBit App" loop.
I've done the factory reset, updated the firmware, updated the device, updated the app. the USB Recovery, etc. and nothing is working. I can't get past the white logo. The device is fully charged, I've tried all of this with it on the charger, off the charger, trying to connect to my phone, trying to connect to my computer, I've turned off all of my BlueTooth devices - and nothing works. I can't find any help for the Versa Lite - all of the help I'm finding is advising me to push the left and bottom right buttons. The Versa Lite only has one button.
I'm really frustrated because I spent several hours yesterday and now all morning today trying to fix this with no success. It just stays on the white logo. If I tap it, the screen goes dark. Tap it again, the white logo appears.
Any suggestions for a FitBit Versa LITE? The only letters/numbers listed anywhere on it are M/N FB415 SC

The Support Team have not helped me. They said they would be contacting me by email, but I haven't yet received that email 5 days later.
