Hi there @sachin_abc, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your experience while updating your Versa Lite.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here. Please keep an eye on your inbox, someone will reach out to you shortly.
In the meantime, I'd recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
Also, I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Let me if you have any questions present, I'll be around.

I was just gifted a Versa Lite and I am unable to update and sync it with my iPhone XR. I spent hours trying yesterday and now it won’t stop rebooting itself.

Hi there @dbb123, thanks for stopping by. Thank you so much for troubleshooting the syncing difficulties on your Versa Lite prior to contacting us.
If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
While reading your post I was wondering if the syncing difficulties started after updating to iOS 13+? If so, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the steps above don't work, I suggest doing the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned ON
Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.

No luck. Seems as though it’s stuck in a “boot loop” now.
