Hi, I bought my versa lite a week ago and it is on version 33.1.3. I kept on getting prompt that i need the updated version to download watchfaces or apps, but fitbit app says my watch i upto date. I checked the site and i dont have the latest version and I have yet to receive any new updates.
anyone who had this issue? How long should i wait for the update

I have had mine for 3 weeks and still no update. I have been syncing numerous times per day. Can't understand since 71.6.19 rollout started 2 weeks ago. In live chat I keep getting "be patient" routine.

I’ve tried asking help from fibit via chat, email and twitter, and they werent able to help at all.
