Hi. My Versa lite has a flashing logo screen which I can't get rid off no matter how long I hold the button for. I've unpaired the device from the app and now my phone can't seem to find the versa lite. I've tried draining the battery but as soon as power is back the flashing logo continues. Please help

Hi there, @DenbyD. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Before considering other options, please verified if you've tried the steps below in the order listed:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you've tried that but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

We hope your issue is solved soon.
