Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa 2 watch is not charging and is now totally off.  A few days ago the time was off by about 30 minutes. I tried charging and syncing which did not help. The color seemed off to. Now I have nothing on the screen. It has showed the blue fitbit symbol a couple of times but that is all.

Hi there, @cheryl0064. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If your Versa Lite is still stuck on the Fitbit Logo after trying the above, please follow these steps:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

On a side note, I suggest to make sure that the phone you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here.

No luck. The logo has not come back on since 1 time yesterday
