Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa lite keeps buzzing and showing a super bright Fitbit icon instead of the clock face. Then after about 20s of it frozen that way it buzzes again and is blank. Then clock face reappears.  Everything is erased after the bright icon freezes the screen. All my info and stats are wrong.  Help!

Hi there, @Allyversalite. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you've tried that but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
