i got a versa lite and it asked me to download the app to start. So I did so and set up my versa and my app is running normally however I cannot get my versa off of a white logo.

please help me!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with the setup issue you're currently experiencing with your Versa Lite, can you please share with me a picture of the Fitbit logo your device is currently showing? With the picture I'll be able to determine in a better way the issue so we can move on.
