Versa Lite stuck on message "Data not cleared Sync & Try again"

Hi I am trying to connect versa lite to my phone and its not happening. I tried every troubleshooting thing but no luck. Installed Uninstalled re started so many times. Did factor setting and now the watch displays data not cleared sync and try again. I tried pairing it with another phone computer but that also din work. Is there any way out really to solve this issue
