Hello, have woken this morning to my Fitbit versa lite screen saying “music control” “no phone connected”. Has been on there all day and not sure how to get it off! Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device in the app. Tried playing music and then Turing music off. Turning Bluetooth off and on. Holding the button in for various time lengths. Nothing will remove it from my screen. Fitbit is connected to IPhone 8. Thanks 😊

Hi there, @Candlebark. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've attempted, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
