The last week my versa lite wouldn't sync up to my phone and the time kept going off. It would be HOURS behind. Yesterday, I tried to troubleshoot it by shutting off bluetooth and even uninstalling fitbit and downloading it again. Nothing worked. Well today I was planning on doing a factory reset but now all it is showing is the start up screen(s) and will not prompt the 4 digit code to set up my device to my phone. Nothing is working? Do I need a new Fitbit? Or is this one salvageable?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you and better understand the issue you're currently experiencing, can you please let me know if your Versa Lite is only showing the Fitbit logo? Or is it prompting you to initiate the setup process? If possible, please send me a picture of your device.
