I have received my new Versa Lite today. I have charged it and downloaded the app on my phone.
However, the screen on the watch has frozen, despite pressing re set several times.

Hi @Dhoula , seems you have a Versa Lite Dead On Arrival. Contact Customer Support asap, regards kuzibri
