Versa Lite touch screen stopped working

My Versa Lite's touch screen no longer works. It syncs with my phone sporadically and much of the time won't charge, especially if it's no syncing to my phine. I've tried restarting my device with no luck.

Hi there @MeganMcArdle, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

Since your Versa Lite is still syncing, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Regarding the charging issues, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

About the syncing difficulties, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I've tried chancing the clock face, made sure everything was clean to charge, and my phone is included in the mobile device list.
